Spa Etiquette-
Please arrive on time for your treatments

Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations

If you arrive late without prior notice your treatment time will be cut

The full amount need to be paid in advance for groups bigger than 3

Credit card details need to be provided when booking a package

50% cancellation fee on the day of the treatment

Use of facilities and spa is at your own risk

The spa will not be held responsible for any personal items

No children under the age of 14 allowed

Use of facilities is complementry when booked for treatments over the value of R300, excluding maniure and pedicure treatments

Please ensure that you carry your swimwear, as use of the facilities not permitted without it
